They are based off of themes of evolving, or rising to a greater level on the galactic stage, or both, yet they do not seem to actually provide new powers or change to an empire with the sole exception of the UE being able to change their population type. As it stands Faction Quests can be worth doing, but they personally feel like a letdown. ![]()
